Krikiya Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krikiya platform, including the website at krikiya.club, the Krikiya mobile application, and all games, betting services, and features available through the platform. By registering an account or using any part of the Krikiya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Krikiya is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Krikiya uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for:

All deposits and withdrawals on Krikiya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Krikiya supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment methods or credit cards are required.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on Krikiya:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's payment section and may vary by method.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Krikiya does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where a clear technical error has occurred on Krikiya's side.
• Krikiya reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds setting.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. In the event of a dispute, Krikiya's decision is final.
• For virtual games including Fortune Horse, Go Goal Bingo, and Crash, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results cannot be influenced by the player or by Krikiya.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and may be changed by Krikiya at any time.
• Krikiya reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

If you believe a bet result is incorrect, you may contact Krikiya's support team within 48 hours of the result being settled. Krikiya will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made by Krikiya following a review are final.

Krikiya offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all Krikiya bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, Krikiya will take immediate action, which may include voiding bets, removing balances, suspending accounts, and reporting activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Krikiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Requests from the player under Krikiya's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as a player-initiated closure — any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting Krikiya's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Krikiya takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
